Tattoo deposit

The deposit

A booking deposit secures your session. It holds your date in our diary, covers the design preparation done for you, and comes off the total price of your tattoo on the day.

What you pay depends on the length of the session booked:

• £20 · small tattoo or flash
• £50 · half day
• £200 · full day
• £300 · two days or more

If you were quoted something else

Your artist may quote a different amount for work that does not fit the sessions above. If they have, pay the amount you were quoted · it is the one that applies to your booking.

You will always see the exact figure before you pay, and it does not change afterwards.

Moving or cancelling

Deposits are not refunded. If you let us know at least 48 hours before your session, we will gladly move you to a new date and your deposit moves with you.

If we cancel or move your session, your deposit is refunded in full.

How your date is confirmed

We work to a disciplined diary, and a date without a deposit is not held. Once your payment is through, we match your request to the artist you asked for and confirm the exact date and time with you directly.

How the design is made

Every piece made at THRONE is built for one person. How the drawing is shared depends on the artist:

• Some of our artists send you a draft before the day.
• Others prefer to shape the design with you in the studio, in the first part of your session.

Before we start

Either way, you will see the design and can ask for changes before any needle touches skin · as long as those changes stay within the concept you described in your first consultation.

If you want to add a detail or update your notes before the day, speak to your artist or to the studio. We would rather hear it early.
