Agreement
These terms apply when you enquire, book, or attend an appointment with THRONE. By booking you confirm you have read and accept them.
Bookings & consultations
Consultations may be free or paid depending on format. An appointment is only confirmed once any required deposit has been received. We may decline or reschedule work at our discretion, including where a design or placement is not something we are able to deliver safely.
Deposits
A non-refundable deposit of £200 is required to confirm an appointment. Free consultations do not require a deposit. The deposit secures your artist’s time and is deducted from the final price of the work.
If you reschedule with reasonable notice, your deposit may be carried over once. Missed appointments or late cancellations may forfeit the deposit.
Eligibility & consent
You must be 18 or over for tattoos. You will be asked to complete a consent form and confirm you are fit to be tattooed or pierced on the day. Please tell us about any relevant medical conditions in advance.
Aftercare
We provide general aftercare guidance to support healing. This guidance is not medical advice. If you notice signs of infection or an adverse reaction, seek advice from a qualified medical professional.
Designs & intellectual property
Custom designs created by our artists remain their intellectual property unless agreed otherwise in writing. You receive the tattoo itself; reproduction or commercial use of the original artwork requires permission.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Subject to that, we are not liable for outcomes arising from inaccurate information you provide or from failure to follow aftercare guidance.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force is the one published here at the time of your booking.
