What if I need to move my appointment?
Let us know at least 48 hours before your session and we will move you to a new date, with your deposit carried over. Deposits are not refunded, but a date is not the same thing as money lost.
Moving a date
Message the studio as soon as you know. With at least 48 hours' notice we will move you and your deposit goes with you to the new session.
Life happens and we would far rather rearrange than have you sit through a session you are not up to.
Shorter notice, or not arriving
Deposits are not refunded. A booked day is a day the artist has held for you and turned other work away for, and the deposit also covers the design preparation already done.
If something serious has happened, tell us anyway. We would rather hear it than guess.
If we move your session
If the studio cancels or moves your date, your deposit is refunded in full. A term that binds only one side is not a term we are willing to write.
Two things that will move it for you
We cannot tattoo you if you have been drinking, and we cannot work over sunburnt or broken skin. In both cases we will rearrange rather than do a poor job.
